You will be notified of an approximate 2-3hour timeframe the day before your delivery is scheduled, the drivers should also call you (on the number provided) approximately 30 minutes or up to an hour before they arrive at your property.
The delivery timeframes are mapped out by suburb and delivery driver by the Distribution Centre the day before the delivery.
We are not able to guarantee a specific timeframe, these timeframes also cannot be changed to later or earlier in the day, if the delivery window is not suitable you will need to contact the Distribution Centre on the phone number provided in the SMS to re-book the delivery to another day.
