I have an in-store account, but I want to make a purchase online and redeem my vouchers. How do I create an account?

Easy! Just go to www.freedom.com.au/myfreedom and create an online account. Make sure to use the exact email and phone number that is connected to your existing myFreedom account that you use in-store to ensure that your accounts link. You will be able to access current and past orders and view your available Reward Vouchers via the ‘My Account’ section. Available vouchers can be redeemed at the checkout screen by clicking ‘Apply my Reward Voucher’.
