Delivery must be signed for by any persons over the age of 18  If no such person is at the delivery address:

• For small homewares items, your delivery will be redirected to your local post office or courier distribution centre depending on the carrier.
• For large homewares and furniture items, the items will be returned to our Distribution Centre, and you will be contacted to arrange another delivery date, please note in this instance you will be charged another delivery fee.

For furniture deliveries, our driver will call on approach. You can either provide Authority To Leave (ATL) if no one over the age of 18 is available to sign for the delivery, or you can cancel your delivery and may incur a re-booking fee. This does not apply to online-exclusive items.
