Regarding case goods such as outdoor furniture, dining tables, buffets, etc, the drivers will deliver the product to the room of your choice only, there is no unpacking or assembly of these products by the drivers.  This excludes online exclusive items.

As for sofas, recliners, modulars, etc, the drivers will deliver the product to the room of your choice, unpack, assemble the sofa (attach legs, connect modulars, etc) and remove the packaging from your property for you. This excludes online exclusive items and outdoor furniture.
