My order has missing / incorrect items, what do I do?

To help us investigate, please have include:

• Photos of the item(s) you received.
• Photos of any product labels, carton labels, or packaging labels (if available).

Providing these photos will help us identify the issue more quickly and allow us to work towards a resolution as soon as possible
