You can redeem your Reward Voucher in any Freedom store, just let the team member know your phone number or myFreedom number and they can apply the Reward Voucher to your purchase.

You can redeem online by logging into your account and selecting ‘Apply my Reward Voucher’ at the payment screen. This will deduct the amount of the Reward Voucher from the payable balance.
