I’ve spent over $1,500 but I have not received my myFreedom Reward Voucher? When will I receive it?

All eligible Reward Vouchers are loaded directly to the members account 48 hours after all products have been delivered or taken home and the order as been finalised in our system. If you have purchased a mixture of homewares and furniture and have received the homewares items but are still waiting on delivery for the furniture, you will receive your Reward Voucher once your furniture has been delivered.
