Freedom’s voluntary warranty periods are: 12-years (MyFreedom members) or 10-years (Standard) on Upholstery Frames, 2-years for furniture, pendant lights and any other product which Freedom identifies in writing as attaching this warranty & 1-year for all other products.

Upholstery (All Indoor Sofas, Recliners, Sofabeds, Armchairs, Daybeds, Ottomans, Modular/Corner Sofas & Chaise/Terminals). 

• 10 years (12 years if upholstery item was purchased with a MyFreedom membership) 
  • Structural timber frame 
• 2 years 
  • Fabric or Leather upholstery 
  • Webbing/Zig-Zag springs 
  • Seat, Back, Side & Scatter cushions 
  • Finishings such as stitching, glue, zippers, nails, tacks, staples, foam, non-structural timber 
  • Dust Cover (fabric attached on the underside of the product) 
  • Sofabed mechanism (including platform material, springs & mattress) 
  • Recliner mechanism (including springs, motor, electrical components & batteries) 
  • Legs (metal, plastic, timber) 
  • Connector Clips 
  • Gas lift struts (attached on storage consoles, ottomans, chaises) 

Chair Gallery & Ottomans (all stand-alone Armchairs & Ottomans).

Mattress & Ensemble Bases. 

• Freedom will pass on any warranty on a mattress or ensemble base provided to it by a manufacturer to you. The warranty period is as specified by the manufacturer. 

Outdoor Furniture (Outdoor Lounge: Sofas, Armchairs, Daybeds, Coffee Tables & Accent Chairs; Outdoor Dining: Dining Tables, Dining Chairs, Dining Benches, Bar Tables & Bar Stools). 

• 2 years 
  • Structural frame – timber, aluminium, metal 
  • Fabric & Cushions (Seats, Backs, Sides & Scatter cushion inserts)
