Freedom Dandenong South (VIC) Distribution Centre Customer Pick Up Instructions

Welcome and thank you for your Freedom purchase! At Freedom, your safety is our number one priority. Please follow the instructions below carefully.

1. Before Booking

Double check that the items you are collecting will fit through your doorways, hallway, upstairs, and into your room of choice. Also, confirm the packages will fit in your vehicle. The dimensions and weights of your purchase can be checked at www.freedom.com.au by searching for your item and scrolling down to the package information. NOTE: If you choose to remove the product from the packaging to fit it in your vehicle, we cannot re-accept unpackaged items.

1. Bookings Confirmation

You will receive an SMS to book your collection when your items are ready. If the dates you require are not available, there will be a link at the bottom of the SMS showing dates up to 4 weeks ahead. If you have booked and are unable to collect, please contact us to reschedule. NOTE: Collection of goods must be booked – no pickups can be made without a prior booking.

1. Collecting your Goods

Upon arrival, please park in customer parking and adhere to the site speed limit of 10 kph. At reception, present your invoice, photo ID, and vehicle registration to a member of our Customer Service Team who will provide instructions on your collection. You will be required to sign into the site on our Visitor Management System and a photo of you will be taken.

Loading of vehicles – Customers are responsible for loading their own goods. If assistance is required, Freedom will not be liable for any damages. Please respect all safety instructions or directions. If you have children or pets with you, kindly ensure they are under your direct supervision and care throughout the collection process.

When using a Courier on your behalf: If you choose to arrange a courier to collect your goods, please ensure they are prepared. The courier must be able to quote the reference number. If a consignment note is required, it must be prepared by you or the courier.
