How does Click & Collect work?

Click & Collect is a free service available on eligible products.

When shopping online, the product page will show whether Click & Collect is available. Depending on the product, stock availability and your location, you may be able to collect your order from a selected Freedom store or state warehouse.

Products marked “Online Exclusive” are not available for Click & Collect. These products are sent directly to you through one of our delivery partners.

Choose your preferred collection location during checkout. Full payment is required when you place your order, so you cannot pay when collecting it.
