Can I collect my order before receiving the notification?
Please wait until you receive your ready-to-collect email or SMS before visiting your selected store or warehouse. Even if the product was showing as available, our team may still need time to prepare your order.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Please collect your order within 14 days of receiving your ready-to-collect notification.
If you’re unable to collect it within this time, please contact your selected collection location as soon as possible.
