What do I need to collect my Click & Collect order?

When collecting your order, please bring:

• Your order confirmation or ready-to-collect notification
• Photo identification
• The card used to pay for the order

You’ll also need to sign for the order when collecting it.

For larger items, please bring a suitable vehicle and enough people to move and transport them safely.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes. You can nominate another person to collect your order during checkout.

If you did not nominate them when placing the order, please contact your selected store before they arrive.

The person collecting your order will need to bring the order confirmation or collection notice, their photo identification and the card used to pay for the order. They’ll also need to sign for the collection.

Once the order has been collected, you or your nominated person will be responsible for the items and their safe transportation.
