Welcome and thank you for your Freedom purchase! At Freedom, your safety is our number one priority. To collect your items safely, please follow the below instructions carefully.

Bookings

Collection of goods must be booked. Once you have received a message that your order is in stock you may book your pickup via the link provided or you may call (08) 7231 6660. If you are unable to collect, please contact us to reschedule.

Couriers

Couriers must be prepared. If you choose to arrange a courier to collect your goods, please ensure they are prepared:

• Courier must be able quote your invoice or reference number

 • If a con-note is required, it must be prepared by you or the courier

When collecting your goods:

 • Please present your invoice or reference number.

• You will be asked for photo Identification – please have it ready.

• Please check that your vehicle has enough space to fit the items you are collecting, and that you have removed or rearranged any items in that space. Freedom cannot accept back items that are unpackaged if they do not fit your vehicle.

• For information on the packaged dimensions of your items, please contact the store you ordered from. • Please check that you have brought any appropriate equipment you may need to secure the load.

• Please respect all safety instructions or directions. If you have children or pets with you, please ensure that they are under your direct supervision or control throughout your visit

• No trailers permitted into the car park Produce Lane Diagonal Road Thomas St Burma Road Main North Road Port Wakefield Road Princess Highway

If bringing a trailer, please park on the street and report to the office. They will be given directions to the collection point.
