Welcome and thank you for your Freedom purchase! At Freedom, your safety is our number one priority. To collect your items safely, please follow the below instructions carefully.

Bookings

Collection of goods must be booked. Once you have received a call that your order is in stock you may book your pickup by calling our Hobart store on (03) 6231 6700.

Couriers

Couriers must be prepared. If you choose to arrange a courier to collect your goods, please ensure they are prepared:

• Couriers must be able quote your invoice or reference number.

• If a con-note is required, it must be prepared by you or the courier.

When collecting your goods:

• Please present your invoice or reference number.

• You will be asked for photo Identification – please have it ready.

• Please check that your vehicle has enough space and that you can load/secure the items you are collecting.

• Freedom cannot accept back items that are unpackaged if they do not fit your vehicle.

• Please respect all safety instructions or directions.
