If you need to change the delivery address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether we can update it will depend on what you ordered and how far the order has progressed.
Furniture delivered by our Freedom delivery team
To request an address change, call our delivery team on (02) 5566 0011 and select Option 3 at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot update the address with less than 48 hours’ notice. Your delivery may need to be rebooked, and a rebooking fee may apply.
Homewares and Online Exclusive products
If your order has not been dispatched, contact us straight away and we’ll check whether the address can still be updated.
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
Please have your order number, current delivery address and complete new address ready. An address change may affect your delivery fee or estimated delivery date.
