What can I expect from my delivery?

What happens during delivery will depend on the product and who is delivering it.

Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is available to accept your order. You are also responsible for checking that your products will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways and lifts, and for letting us know about any access restrictions.

Furniture delivered by our Freedom delivery team

For sofas, recliners and modular furniture, our team will deliver the product to your room of choice, unpack it, attach the legs or connect modular pieces where required, and remove the packaging.

Hard furniture, outdoor furniture, dining tables and buffets will be delivered to your room of choice. Unpacking and assembly are not included for these products unless otherwise confirmed.

Homewares and Online Exclusive products

Homewares and products marked “Online Exclusive,” including Online Exclusive furniture, are delivered through our delivery partners.

The service provided will depend on the courier. Online Exclusive deliveries are generally courier drop-off only, so the courier cannot enter your home, unpack or assemble the product, or help with placement.
